By accessing or using EarnForth (the "Platform"), operated by EarnForth Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Tasks and Earnings

The Platform allows users to complete tasks such as web surfing, YouTube engagement, and other activities to earn money. Earnings are subject to verification and approval by us. We reserve the right to reject any task submission that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms.

Payments are processed through secure methods including bank transfers and cryptocurrency. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and fees may apply. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your earnings.

5. VTU Services

The Platform offers Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services for purchasing airtime and data bundles. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for any issues arising from network providers.

6. Social Features

Users can interact through likes, comments, and other social features. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform or other users.
• Submit false or misleading information in tasks or profiles.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Use automated tools or scripts to complete tasks without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
